Fiddle Fandango Blue Grass Festival

We are in Idaho for Leigh & Joes 4th Annual Foxall Fiddle Fandango Festival. This is one of our favorite weekends of the summer. Once again we had a great time, but it might take a couple of days to recover. Don't know why you would get so tired from laughing, visiting and listening to some great bluegrass music and of course I also enjoyed few adult beverages. Also the 100+ degree weather did not help.
The Foxalls are so amazing, what a gift for them to give to their little Dixie for her birthday each year. And they love to share it with friends, and community and whoever enjoys bluegrass is welcome. That hundred year old barn was full, well over 100 of those good Idaho people all clapping and feet were stomping to the music. Dixie had her little friends and they were dancing and clapping up a storm too.

Chicken Dinner Road played again this year, they are just awsome and have been invited to Nashville to perform and record. So maybe we will be hearing them on Sirus Radio one day, and we can say we knew them when. But for now I have their CD of some great Bluegrass.

Joe & Leigh we love you and thank you for the great weekend.

We love to get there a day early to help them set up the barn, guests either sit on hay bales or sit in
old Church Pews

One of the pet chickens made a social call.
