We are visiting my Mom and everyone who knows her considers her one of the best cooks ever. Tonight she is fixing us pork tenderloin with homemade stuffing along with her famous buns and of course garlic mashed potatoes and gravy, and Herm is doing his great corn casserole. Not only is she a wonderful cook but also a very kind and giving person. But what we all enjoy the most is her lively personality. This lady does not know what a down day is. Things are always a little brighter when she is in the room. Time to go, dinner is ready and she does not like us to be late.
