This is the only time that I visit the cemetery during the year. My Father and Grandparents along with Aunts ,Uncles and Cousins are all buried in Enumclaw.
When I was younger this was something that I really dreaded doing. But maybe it is just getting older and more mature but it is probably because of my Mom that makes these visits so enjoyable now. Nancy, Mom, Herm and I usually all go together. This year we placed flowers on 12 graves. It is more than just placing flowers, we always reminisce and Mom will usually come up with a funny story about the person. We always leave the cemetery with good feelings and have had a good visit.
