We had such of a wonderful time with Mark, Doug, Vicki Rudy & Garrett, they spent 4 nights with us. We just wish Charmea and kids could have come too, but their Spring Break is a week earlier.
They all thought the weather was great and had no complaints, but while they were here we had a huge wind storm, the kind where roofs were blowing off and palm trees were falling down. Because it was warm and not raining out the kids thought nothing of it. They were the only ones out on the golf course that afternoon and had a great time, even though things were blowing all around them. We were worried about our neighbors windows, but other than smacking a few roofs and the side of some homes with a few of their shots no damage was reported (other than the 50 golf balls that ended up in water or out of bounds). But no problem because our friend Tom keeps coming over with boxes filled with balls that he finds on his course.

Herm giving a Bocce Ball lesson |
We showed them how to play Bocce Ball and they all loved it, it is a great game for all ages. Just before they left for home Garrett and Rudy challenged us to one last game.

Uncle Mark introducing them to Sushi |
It was fun for us showing them what life is like in a retirement community, they all thought we have a good life here. And being retired does not mean that you sit in a rocking chair and talk about your aches and pains. Like all retired people say "I have never been so busy."
