Land Barons

Roy and Bev are now Lake Havasu land barons. They came across a deal that could not be passed up, so they thought about it for about 5 minutes and bought it.  They will be on their way home in a couple of days, but next year as soon as the fish in the pond go to sleep they will pack up the car and be on their way South.
They bought it from a little Norwegian couple who have owned it since it was new.  Everything is sparkling clean and came fully furnished even with the linens.  They are going to love their new winter home, and I can't wait to go back next year after they have it all dolled up.  I am sure Roy will be planning all summer on what to plant in his yard. And Bev will be shopping for a few new pictures.
