Another FUN Family Trip

We just finished another Ostergard Family Cruise, this time it was with 2 sisters, 1 brother 1 niece and 1 former sister-in-law for a group of 10.   What a great time we all had, this family has no trouble laughing and they do enjoy life. I just love being part of this huge family.
We left out of Ft. Lauderdale and cruised for 8 nights, this was a Eastern Caribbean Cruise. On each island we visited we would  hire a driver with a van to give us a tour of the island. I enjoyed all of the islands and noticed that each driver was always so proud of their island.
We started off this cruise with a good laugh at Gayle and Dave's expense. They decided to get a jump start on their tans, they used a spray tan.  But they sure did not get the desired results, but after a couple of days it all blended together and they looked great and they lost their Zebra stripes.
I can not believe that I left my camera at home. My camera always stays in my purse, I even take it to the grocery store. But I went on a vacation without it, my sister-in-laws are sending me pictures.
Thank you Gayle &; Vicki for organizing this cruise, when do we get to go again??

Vicki and Wayne live in Georgia, we never get to spend enough time with them.

My only problem is now that I am home there is no one serving me, and I have to make up my own bed. I love all the attention you get on a cruise.
Roy always gets a little antsy after a few days, he had a great time but for him it was just a little to long. On the last night he said he could not wait to get home to hug his chain saw. Sure enough the first day home he was out with his chain saw.

Our sister-in-law Sandi and daughter Katie. Katie is only 20yrs old, I am sure she has never been around so many grey haired people in one place before. She did well and enjoyed the cruise.

On every cruise there is always someone who stands out, this time it was a lady we called Aunt Bethany, it was her 38th cruise and she was sailing alone. She needed lots of assistance getting from deck to deck and her memory was not to good either. She would forget where she wanted to go and was very unstable on her feet, Gayle & Vicki took good care of her. I am sure in her case being on a cruise was far more fun than living in a assisted care home and probably cost less too.

It sounds like you had a great time. And with lots of relatives too. I want to know what islands to go to? Continued happy trails.

I really like when people are expressing their opinion and thought. So I like the way you are writing
