Patina Garbage Can

I am taking a couple of minutes off to do a blog. We are in the middle of a print shop garage sale, but mainly tossing things out in the dumpster. Not a lot of interest in old desks or paper.
Huge interest in the metal shelves, they were sold in a couple of hours. Our luck today was having Wendy & Kevin stop by. They were biking through the neighborhood and seen a sign on the door. These are the folks you want to have come. They spent 2 hours going through the warehouse, they started off in the dumpster getting free things. Then moved on, Wendy wanted to know how much we wanted for the garbage can because of the beautiful patina it had from all of the ink. They left here with two pickup loads of stuff. She also called some friends and they are coming in to get all the left over paper. That will be a big truck load, we are giving it to a school that she recommended. Meeting people like them makes a day fun. I could not imagine anyone getting excited over a 30 year old dented metal garbage can. You can never guess what people will want.
