In February Herm entered a pasta cook off, it was a fund raiser for the Rojo Cruza or RedCross.He did a delicious seafood fettuccine with huge shrimp and lots of butter and cream. How can you not win with that. They had about 25 people who entered and mostly from restraunts. And about 200 people that came to eat and judge. He needed a name for his team but all we could come up with was "Dream Team" and that was Mom and I. Our job was to offer him encouragement. And he did win 1st PLACE....
The best part of the day was that they raised $17,000 pesos. They hoped to by a defibulater for the ambulance.
