Our houseboat friends, Bill & Susan who also travel in their RV hooked up with us today in Nashville. They have been on the road for the last 2 months. Yesterday they were in North Carolina digging for gems. Here is a picture of Susan holding a 75 carat Ruby, you really do not know what you have until it is cut. The rest of the stones are green Emeralds. She said it was a real kick finding these.
We are going to travel together for the next 2 days and after that we will all meet up back at Jantzen Beach for the rest of the summer.
