Herm's New Toy

He has been a busy boy today with his new grease gun. In all the parks we visit it is pretty much the same thing. The men are always out checking their coach, I am looking across at the neighbor and he is under his too. When they get together the talk is usually centered around maintenance and about how fast can you take that hill or do you shift down or you got a chip in that. What pressure are your tires. And the biggest topic is the price of fuel. We were in shock when we fill up the little crapper the other day and it was over $50.00.
No more of that cheap Mexico gas at $2.37 per gallon here in the desert it is $3.89.

We always keep a fuel log for the coach, last year the most we paid for diesel was $3.43 at Biggs Junction and the least was $2.83 at Jubitz in Portland. When we added it up for what we spent in 2007 we were quite surprised the total for diesel was only $1603.96.
.Mama duck and family even came by to check things out. Reminds me of the houseboat with all the baby ducks in the spring
